Send emails manually

This is a feature which helps you send review request emails immediately or any time that you wish.

To use this feature, please go to Emails, then click on Send email manually.

Index table description#

  • In the index table:

    • Only Paid orders are displayed.

    • Orders are classified based on 3 statuses: Archived, Fulfillment, and Delivery.

  • This index table includes:

    • Order ID: You can click on numbers to see order details.

    • Created at: The time when the order was created.

    • Customer name

    • Customer email

    • Shipment status: Only Delivered status is shown. Others will be shown as N/A. Please click on the order ID to access further details for orders with 'N/A' status.

    • Fulfillment status: Only Fulfilled status is shown. Others will be shown as N/A. Please click on the order ID to access further details for orders with 'N/A' status.

    • Sending method: Review request emails were sent in different ways including:

      • Automatic emails: Emails requesting reviews were sent if you triggered our automatic system.

      • Manual emails: Emails requesting reviews were sent if you sent emails manually.

      • Klaviyo: Requests were sent by Klaviyo to ask for reviews for the order.

      • Omnisend: Requests were sent by omnisend to ask for reviews for the order.

How it works#

Only reviews request emails are sent manually.

  • Please choose orders you want to send emails > Click on Send email manually > Schedule the time for those.

  • LAI provides you with two options:

    • Send immediately: Send an email right after you click on the Send button.

    • Custom time: You can set the time for your email by typing directly on the field, or click on the calendar button on the right to choose the date & time.

After sending emails, you can check the email status at the Sending method column.
