Import reviews from AliExpress

First, it is recommended to add this Chrome extension for the most satisfying import experience.

Go to LAI app > Reviews > Import and Export > Select AliExpress.

Step 1: Select a product#

Step 2: Fill in the import filter#

AliExpress product link: Enter the link of the AliExpress product you want to import from.

Quantity per import: Enter a review number you wanted

Reviewer country: For example, if you only target US customers, then please select US in this list. It's required to choose a country/all countries.

Content options

Contain photos: LAI will only get the reviews that contain photos.
Contain text: LAI will only get the reviews that contain text.

Date range:

Anytime (default)
Exclude last 7 days
This month
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
Custom

note

When the import error occurs, please check whether AliExpress requires you to log in its account or not. If it does, please log in prior to importing reviews. Then, try importing reviews from AliExpress again.

caution

To make sure that the review translation can work properly, you need to install LAI extension and only import reviews published over 7 days ago (due to AliExpress translation).

Some reviews may not be translated because we get the translation directly from AliExpress Translation. Russian reviews normally can not be translated into English. (This may happen to other languages).

Step 3: Preview and select the reviews#

All reviews that meet your filters will be previewed here. You can select which reviews to import, remove or edit:
- Click Import all and finish to approve all reviews. All approved reviews after importing will be published on your store immediately.
- Click Discard to remove all previewed reviews.
